I am a HK-based Canadian who competes in both road and trail races of all distances, from 5k to 100k. I feel lucky to live in a city with amazing trails and a wonderful community of fellow runners. Catch me if you can! 🙂
Hello! Namaste, I am Nugo Yam form Nepal. I've been living in Hong Kong with my family for over 12 years now. I feel like trail running is something that keeps me full and close to nature. Being on the hill side, close to the nature, the struggle to reach more further, the friends you make on the way, I feel that's all what makes a Trail special for me.🙏

Some people say life is like a marathon, I believe trail running is more like it. When you encounter different road conditions every time, no matter uphill or downhill, the scenery, people you meet are different, which are full of surprises and challenges.
I have been focusing on road running for the past few years. Mountains scared me because of the rugged terrains. Only until last year, I started hiking and found that the incredible scenery and beautiful wildlife attracted me. Since then, I used to have a walk on hillsides to escape from densely packed urban areas to take a break.
The Hikipedia - a hiking journal of two Hong Kong girls, who aim at climbing every single mountain in the city and explore beyond limits. After conquering Mount Rinjani (3,726m) and Mount Kinabalu (4,095m), their next destination in 2020 will be Everest Base Camp (5,380m). Together, we complete the hiking map.
I am Tsz Yau and I have started running 22 years ago. I reckon that trail running is full of challenges. In order to achieve a goal, runners are required to have a certain amount of respective techniques, fitness, coordination as well as balance ability.
