Ngong Ping Plateau 390m
Ngong Ping Plateau locates between Ma On Shan and Saikung next to Pyramid Hill. The grass on it is always soft and green. It is a famous scenic spot on MacLehose Trail. There is always windy and is suitable to Paraglider. People can see the beautiful Sai Kung Hoi. In the Autumn, the Miscanthus turns into yellowish-golden colour which also attracts many people.
Needle Hill 532m
Needle Hill is not very high, its height is just 532m. However, Needle Hill is really challenging as the climb is the second highest one on MacLehose Trail. From the botton to the peak is about 342m in elevation. At the top of Needle Hill, you can see the Sha Tin New Town on the East and Shing Mun Reservoir and Tai Mo Shan on the West. You can see the famous Tsing Ma Bridge as well as Tsing Yi Island and Lantau Island also.
Tai Mo Shan 957m
Tai Mo Shan ( altitude 957m ) is the highest peak of Hong Kong, where people can see most mountains of Hong Kong. The radar station at the peak is very iconic.
